Job security is the biggest positive here. Management is supportive whenever there is a crisis (personal and professional both). Company policies are favorable to employees. The only negative thing is the operations work is too monotonous and makes you feel like a cog at one point. Opportunities to grow do not come easy. Also, thereare multiple shifts so even if you like the next link of work that you're getting post your current one, you might not be able to do it because of the unfavorable shift timing....Read More
