Sales is not a satisfying field there , little ground level work. (This is my opinion, yours can be different). Pressure is always high. Late night stays in last 5 days of the month.

Toxic work culture and worst management . U can’t work there for more than two years, either they will chuck you out or you will leave by yourself. Over pressure and no work life balance. The only reason they are always hiring is because every year the attrition rate is beyond limits .
