I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The engineering work is quite phenomenal. Engineers were deputed on site as well for the installation hence getting more exposure. Even if you leave the company instantly, the pay check would be provided unlike other organizations who just block it. Owner is good.

Micro management. During my tenure, the owner hardly used to come for 2-3 days in a week. The engineers were more of a bunch of immatured clowns who always believed in criticizing management and the stakeholders every minute. However, the management too hardly cared about the new comers and if you've nothing to offer in terms of technical skills get ready to receive a pay check of 5-7k inr per month...Read More
