You are matched with your peers on basis of some factors which can easily go out of your hand and chances are that you might not even get a minimum appraisal and be thrown out of your job. The compensation looks quite good in the beginning, but as you stay on in the company, you begin to realize how heavily the whole s ystem is tilted towards the company maximizing the benefit of overworking its employees. The company claims to be a customer centric organization and while it is exactly that on every level, but that comes at a cost of being not so employee centric<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
