It is waste of time to even discuss about it. No growth, no job satisfaction....ticketing team can't resolve the tickets, cx problems which have no reasonable solution and metrics without any logic...even if cx's problems are resolved and in cases where cx contacts Amazon through an email thanking and appreciating the support, the metrics would drop drastically compared to when cx gives a no..and the Ops and Grpms expect any call to be resolved in 7 mins even though if the cx at the other end is an old man/women who don't even know what a router is.....and they don't want cx to be rushed through the call to achieve 7 mins goal. To manage this goal, you need to pull emails parallelly and keep resolving them quickly while the call would be going on.....greater multitasking....also, to be in top place for the week or month, the Ops or Grpms would not expect agents to transfer calls even if they are not from that skill, and even if the relevant team is available..unhealthy work culture.....what you talk and listen outside is different from you see inside the organization......worst site leaders and management with unhealthy competition.....no surprise if 24 Grpms left the organization last year....and every day it's normal to see 3 emails atleast from agents that it's their last working day..great internal politics ...internal Jon promotions which would never happen...Read More

Amazon is one of the best company I've worked in, it really has a very cool work culture, once you start working here you're just stressfree. Your TL's and managers are also quite supportive, along with work there are many fun activities which keep you stay energetic and positive and also you experience a great work life balance.
