Amazon is a great place to work with. Managers are helpful and understanding..You can get many leaves in amazon. Also there is s food coupon in form of a zeta card worth Rs.1100. Great incentives once in a three months. Overall the company is good.

Dislikes

Hectic shifts. It is 24×7 so they make you work like a machine. Sometimes there is a pressure regarding the PRR (ie. Targeted positive goal) Also the NSA is less.
