Its a great place for work life balance and working culture. However most of the hiring is on contractual role so job security is not that much. Everything and everybody is very supportive and we enjoy our work.

Sometimes work life balance is pretty messed up with new rules and regulations. And few of the managers are not supportive and want you to resign if you are talking facts with them.

The process and tools are outdated. Performance matrics are unjust. It's a kind of work where no matter how hard you put your efforts you'd still be dependent on ratings from moody customers. You'll end up becoming a punching bag which gets punched from both customers and policies.

Soooo friendly environment and people help each other for the growth of them and their career. Pressure less work experience... Understanding the needs of employees and helping on them. Overall work culture of Amazon where we cannot find in other places...
