The atmosphere at Amazon is very friendly. The team leads and their superiors support the employees in every aspect related to work. Also, the pay and incentives were good.
Dislikes
Being the earth’s most customer centric company, the employees in Amazon work hard to help the customers. But in doing so, the stress resides over the employees. And there are few policies in the process that add more stress.

It was a journey where there were ups and downs. Excitement and boredom were present at every nook and corner of the work.
