The pay scale is very less. No growth opportunity for tenured people. No job security. 3-4 years back, it was grat place to work but now it has changed a lot.

I am very much satisfied with amazon this is a place to do job, and i had no stress during my shift they really takecare of their employees

Dislikes

They did not give oppurtunity to good employees during covid time they hire in bulk or terminate in bulk as well but did not permanent a good employees

Work culture is great. Directly under Amazon load is less and managment is great too. Lot of flexibility

Not much like any other company discipline is strict have to be cautious on every move and what you say.

No job security. Most of the time they hire on contractual basis and later on let go the employee, leaving him completely at loss with huge tension of job search even after performing well above the creteria.

good for beginners. but only if you are ready to take calls for 8 long hours.
