Worked as a d2as customer service associate in international voice process.There’s no job security guarantee, appraisals and promotions are terrible, Most of the jobs they offer are on contract basis of six months to one year which are useless do not expect any career growth here and also no proper mentorship and guidance when you work on contract and once the contract is over they’ll ask you to leave, even though My performance was great and I had maintained pretty decent metrics but still my contract was not extended and many employees there who were not even good at their work and were freshers had received permanent job offers and also a lot of appreciation. There is literally 0% chances that your contract would be extended, during interviews they’ll say that “if your performance and metrics are great then there’s a chance of your contract getting extended or getting converted to permanent, but in reality you won’t, There’s also a lot of bias behavior by managers and HRs and also favoritism towards certain employees, They say they treat everyone equally but they honestly don’t, some of the managers have an egoistic attitude if we try to tell them our concern it hurts their ego, They also make us beg a lot for leaves, overall my experience working at Amazon was average not so great, some of the managers are terrible though by their behavior....Read More

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

Dislikes

The work culture has degraded a lot. Amazon has started cutting corners about on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.
