Amazon is the best place to work and the culture here is amazing except for few process like Tron process.

Dislikes

Tron process is worst compared to other process in amazon. The managers will torcher the associates in terms of performance and they will not provide any leaves even we are sick. The work pressure in this process is quite hectic. We get lot of health issue like headache, back pain, eyestrain, hand pain if we work in this process.

Great experience working in amazon. Relaxed environment to work. Flexible with timings. Amazon is a great place to work when you're workaholic. Get appraisal time to time.

Dislikes

Definitely the best place to work only if you get good and understanding managers.

Still working in Amazon it's been 4 years. I am managing both my work and family. Team and manager both are great in my case. Amazon is a great place to work.

Likes

Work culture was so amazing as you could eat and listen to music while working. It was like just have fun but work. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
