Good work culture and team bonding activities. There a really good cafeteria and gaming zone to take some time off from work .

Amazon as company is really good , the problem lies within ADS . It's been two years I'm doing this job with minimum infringement and no scope of growth . People tend to blame everything on DA and give them no chance to do anything . Ridiculously high expectation of work for 8 hours continuously though the data isn't live .

AFTER WORKING IN THIS ROLE, THERE IS NO CAREER GROWTH.... Higher stress and work pressure without any reason, constant back slashing of work we do, improper timing and worthless leadership, No job security, work life balance, skill set development and career development

Happy beginning (initial days) and very very sorrow ending (the leadership makes it in purpose).. ADVICE?? Donot join in these roles (Tron Associate / ML Data Associate).. Unless one has any backup plan (masters/ skills set) in case of any thing happens.

It's a good experience working here in Amazon. Hired in this difficult situation and already completed 9 months. Everything is going good. Company culture, benefits is awesome. There are few process u might not like but if u delivered good results then u will get other opportunities.
