Very well organized even in this work from home situation as a new joiner I didn't feel that much difficulty in understanding the work process. Immediate replies from higher officials made this easy for me to adapt to the work procedures

For testing associate as a engineering student I feel the salary they offered is low, other than this everything is positive

Overall upper management from Seattle to Chennai was well co-ordinated.They treat everyone with respect and constantly encourage employees to learn and implement new ideas with in/beyond team.

Dislikes

The power and trust they keep on team managers are often misused. Which leads to politics and partial treatments. Puts some employees under pressure and disappointments. Especially, the top level managers of a team. Well, this can be rectified if all level employees has knowledge of hierarchy in management and communication option.
