Management has too much power and can abuse the associates any way. Managers using PIP (performance improvement plan) to TARGET employees they do not like. Even if all your scores are good, you will be targeted and mentally harassed and HR literally works for the managers, not you so will comply with them. (Sai kallapiran, manthan pathak, jagadish, Arvind Ramachandran) they are a Clique and will talk behind your back. This person personally threatened and harassed me in vernacular language once and has put many employees on pip and forced to resign.i am one of the forced resigners while on Pip. The OPS managers only TASKING AND EMPOWERING them to target certain dislikable employees. So going to your skip level for help is a wrong move as they are the ones who set it in first place. Beware of ADS. alexa data services. Only 1 HRBP for an ENTIRE SITE OF 3,000+ employees (MAA, chennai) who is in cahoots with them always instead of being an arbitrary third party.
