I worked as Quality Service Associate from Dec 2018 to Aug 2021 nd I got promotedas senior Quality service Associate on Sep 2021. After 2.9 years (nearly 3 years) only I have seen my 1st growth in Amazon. Growth in amazon is very difficult. My manager provide good hikes and promotion only to the people she like. The main reason I quit my job is because my work is not recognized, Though I worked flexibly my work went unnoticed and the credit will be given to my teammates, but in the background work will be done by me. My manager didn't even give me RNR. I am the only person who didn't get RNR for past 2 years in the whole team . I even asked for change of team but no use....Read More
