The work culture is toxic. They micro-manage every tasks now. They promote only people who are close to the managers or senior management. Biased and racist behavior for promotion who are from other states. And, if they want to throw you out of the company, no matter what you have contributed in the team, and even you are amazing atyour work productivity, they can still fire you if you are a contract employee and if permanent then they will put so much pressure that you would resign yourself from there. Leadership HR are of no use even if you have issues and complain 100 times about your manager they take 0 actions and managers are not scared of HR in-fact they openly ask you to reach out to HR as if they have some kind of connection with them.

Amazon has malfunction in its working tool which really bothered not only me but other candidates also throughout last year, it really impacted our productivity and it made customer's experience worae
