1. There is no work life balance. You have to work in rotational shifts and week-offs. 2. Favoritism prevails at Amazon, especially in terms of growth. 3. They terminate atleast 7% employees annually which is mandatory as part of the annual performance evaluation cycle. It is completely data based and not situation based. Bad in giving promotion There are only non tech roles in this company In the portal we can see many jobs as tech but when you go through the role 90% are non tech not even related to tech Worst jobs, similar to BPO Don't get fooled by thinking these jobs as tech
