Amazon is definitely one of the best in the game and it is hiring big time. No lay off's and hiring more people has definitely been the best things during the Pandemic.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Work life balance. When office has conquered the homes maintaining work life balance is very difficult, while companies like google are initiating 4 day week culture, the work load at amazon has almost doubled. Additionally Amazon was famous for its work culture, which is not very employee friendly as we speak. Amazon is slowly getting close to every other company which focuses on numbers more than its employees and pretty sure it will reach there very shortly....Read More

40% of the work include (manage people, complete your core deliverables, process improvement, handle projects, Reporting, escalations management) and 60% of the work include add hock work.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The 2 CEOs 👼🏻👹

There are basically 2 types of CEOs in this world: 1) Human CEOs : they consider and treat employees as human beings. 2) CEOs from Hell: they hardly consider employees as humans ..instead see them as just machines made to just do work..such CEOs demand 70 hour , 90 hour works etc ...even if the employee dies out of work pressure, they will just replace them within a day same like how machines and gadgets are replaced
