Amazon is a very big company with a great customer policy and organized work environment, however the managers and the leadership is very unprofessional and filled with too much linguistic and geographical politics and even you can see reservation for employees of ' managers same - caste ' for potential promotions and salary raises.Similarly a person with dedication and skills is nothing in front of an employee who having a relative in the same department. Amazon will show many equality policies before u apply for a job. Once u get inside the company u realise there is no transparency in gender, caste, linguistic differences inside it. Even the hr won't be able to help employees because they are having a deal with leadership to keep their hands clean. It's like a corrupted Indian Sarkar office where right from the hr to your skip level manager, everyone will treat u according to their hidden agenda and politics....Read More

Work Details

My job was particularly easy at the beginning, and after 1.5 years gets a bit tough to handle.but I didn't got promoted even after 2.5 years because I belonged to a community which is not dominating in the office also my manger hated me because of it.
