Work culture is what I found was highly satisfactory during my stay at Amazon. You have dynamic teams to work with and the option to present yourself as per your calibre to excell in the company. Also at the end of the day, you can take home a much better package when compared to other organisations.

Dislikes

There are no negative impressions about the company, there were just few memebers who I believe were a hindrance to 100 percent employee satisfaction.
