Amazon's work culture is great.
There are some teams in Amazon which are just a resemblance of hell. They will have rotational shifts and and rotational week offs, apart from these two factors, mandatory nights for 10 days in two months. Due to some morons, for their growth they come up with ridiculous challenges and will torture us for attaining it.
