What people are saying about Amazon Development Centre India
Amazon work culture is great you never feel you are an L2 employee so do not have right, its great place to work in terms of work culture there is no boundaries between a manager and an associate you can talk to any senior person and can share your concern. Overall as Amazon says it still feel day 1.
Dislikes
Salary hike is not much, you won’t get promote so easily, salary is better than competition offer but amount of work we need to do I think it’s good to have little extra for this. Amazon is great in many terms but they also should work on growth of there employees as growth is really slow here.

Good compensation plan. Work from home
Dislikes
The growth is tremendously slow. Plus the work is always manipulated by the leadership according to what beat suites them. Pushing a 13 hours of work into 8 hours is not a nice trait from a company. Plus reducing the headcount by firing people and then the permanent employee bear the pressure of extra work.

Management is good company policy are ok but job security is uncertain and metrics used to value performance is stupid.
Dislikes
The feed back which the company gets based on bad performance is matched to employees performance. In that way every employee suffers a threat of getting fired for performance which is not in his control.
