indiamart is Fraud company , job is not secure in this company , they fired their executive anytime they have no good policy. A manager think that he runs indiamart company not sensible person they don't listen executive point of view.

Payment Calculation Mathod is very Discourageous Harsh for employee more then 95% accuracy otherwise your Next day Payout is automatically downgrade ti's very demoralising to work when your Payment is declined already No matter how good you work.
