1.Making CRM default to work. 2 Increasing quality levels very very high almost not possible to achieve 95% if your 3 out of 1 call is not good your next day incentive is vanished which is decreased your Motivation to work next day. 3. Payment Calculation Mathod is very Discourageous Harsh for employee more then 95% accuracy otherwise your Next day Payout is automatically downgrade ti's very demoralising to work when your Payment is declined already No matter how good you work.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
