There’s alot I could say here The policy in this organisation is inconsistent. in my department it is mandatory to work from office but other teams and managers freely choose to work from home whenever they want. Managers are quick to email or message you about arriving and leaving the office on time . But they themselves come and go as they please As for appraisals, it’s nothing short of a joke. HR and managers will pressure you to fill out and update your goals. But when appraisal time comes, they completely disregard your KRAs and evaluate you based on unrelated factors. The reporting manager, he never handed a team. He is an excellent individual contributor to the company but he never be a good leader. He didn't even know the difference between supporting, educating and spoon-feeding. He will never give a chance to speak and even if we speak he never listens. A great lier.
