Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.

There was nothing to like about. Everything was like torchere.

Environment of the office was very harrasing that no one can perform there. A lot of pressure, A lot of politics and unhealthy environment. Unsafe for female, unhealthy flirting was there by the seniors. No job security they will fire you in a hour. Not suggesting to anyone to join that organisation.

Here office boy act like a manager the manager acts like company CEO always threaten about job by saying mai itna torture karta hu ki saamne wala khud job chodke bhaag jata hai this is statement of manager No fun Friday no nothing in the office Hr and higher management don't focus on this branch.

working with the managers. There is a huge gap between managers and juniors, like 5+ years of gap. Which means, none of the employees travelled with managers. Managers will sit in home (mumbai) and ask you to go to office daily, such managers join hands to keep their jobs safe and put juniors at risk. Such a cheap way to live a life right.

I don't like anything because when I worked in 2022 it was very good staffs and HR management is good but now everything is bad I don't know how the management keep the new HR they don't know how to hire and to whom

When I go for an interview the HR fill the form then take interview if I am good in everyone so she rejected to me as I m previous employee of Infoedge in 2022 in which company the HR policies show that I can't join any management again after 2 years in different part ..And second thing I don't know anything but HR behaviour is not good ..I don't like the behaviour of her ..

The worst company ever ! They took interview of total 13 student and after one day they said no one got selected . ( This was campus placement drive ) Their selection process very bad ! In interview they asked simple question about yourself , family background and why sale. All people interview went good but still they didn't selected anyone . There is no work life balance. The work pressure is too high and failing to meet your targets can lead to salary deductions and a lot of scolding from all the managers. You're also forced to work on weekends from morning till 10pm at night.
