The ambience is very good and there are lot of people who could support you if you want to improve something related to work.

It depends on the team you belong to. If you are unlucky, then you have to be like a school kid like should be in office before login, Laptop should be kept etc. on desk only

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

Dislikes

The work culture has degraded a lot. Amazon has started cutting corners about on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.

If there is something that is affecting performance of CSA, no one really care. Just they tell us improve your communication but because of the CRM and internal tools performance has been drop and no one support

The culture has been deteriorated, we have no WLB. Managers will give you ridiculous feedback even though you met your goals. The scenario is becoming even worse in many teams.

Expects us to handle 1 email + 1 call or 1 email + 2 chats simultaneously and also perform like chat gpt 4. They will always find a way to blame the associate even if its the process, SOP, tool issue 5. I was working at CNX for Amazon process where I really enjoyed my 3 years of tenure working for our client (Amazon) which is why when I got the offer directly from captive unit I joined immediately and it was one of the worst decision I made

Leadership HR are of no use even if you have issues and complain 100 times about your manager they take 0 actions and managers are not scared of HR in-fact they openly ask you to reach out to HR as if they have some kind of connection with them.

Amazon has malfunction in its working tool which really bothered not only me but other candidates also throughout last year, it really impacted our productivity and it made customer's experience worae

The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.

The work culture is declining year over year. Management is focusing on quantity than quality. It is good to have a competitive work culture but there is no recognition no matter how much you give in. The expectation is to work for long working hours without any extra pay.

There are some teams in Amazon which are just a resemblance of hell. They will have rotational shifts and and rotational week offs, apart from these two factors, mandatory nights for 10 days in two months. Due to some morons, for their growth they come up with ridiculous challenges and will torture us for attaining it.
