Dislikes: 5 day work policy. Recent stress on layoffs which creating high pressure across teams. No work life balance.

Likes: The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon. Dislikes: The work culture is declining year over year. Management is focusing on quantity than quality. It is good to have a competitive work culture but there is no recognition no matter how much you give in. The expectation is to work for long working hours without any extra pay.
Likes: Amazon's work culture is great.
Dislikes: There are some teams in Amazon which are just a resemblance of hell. They will have rotational shifts and and rotational week offs, apart from these two factors, mandatory nights for 10 days in two months. Due to some morons, for their growth they come up with ridiculous challenges and will torture us for attaining it.
Likes: Few people are talented Dislikes: Bad leaders and managers, it only cares about stocks and regularly fire employees, managers shaadi misuse their power to target anyone who questions them and for them and protect their favorites even though they're worst.
