The work is too monotonous. Growth is too slow and salary is also sub par especially in GCO. You won't learn anything from this job for your career development. After sometime, you might start feeling that 'What am I doing with my life'? The moment you get this realization, you would have lost most of your skills. And even when you try to apply for other jobs, you won't even feel confident to even apply for it.

It's a very friendly and supportive company. Rapport with the superiors and their guidance is very valuable

Career development is slow and increase in salary is very minimal compared to industry average.

Good work culture, defined job requirement. Great training and guidance provided.

Dislikes

Salary is a big downside for the company, the base for entry level is very poor in the market. Night allowance are also below market standards, the company has insane politics due to its diversity and no visibility from HQ. Intense micromanagement brought in many differences and disliking factors at work currently.

Liked their work culture and also had a work-life balance. You learn a lot about warehouse management, handle escalations, your email etiquette will be enhanced. Apt people to learn or enter the path of supply chain operations.

Dislikes

...after an important break but once you go back they don't keep up their promises. Career growth is a little slow due to heavy competition, compensation could have been better.

1. Lack of Support for Female Employees There were instances where concerns raised by women were dismissed or minimized and a general lack of sensitivity towards female employees was evident. I acknowledge that Amazon is a large organisation, these issues significantly impacted my experience and experience of other female colleagues. I believe, Amazon must address this issue.
