The Amazon company is good for learning skills and get good opportunity as well as all security policy are also very good..but the Managers are not behave good with guard force.

1. There is no work life balance. You have to work in rotational shifts and week-offs. 2. Favoritism prevails at Amazon, especially in terms of growth. 3. They terminate atleast 7% employees annually which is mandatory as part of the annual performance evaluation cycle. It is completely data based and not situation based.
