This company have lack of management and rule, there is no policy for employee, They can fired you without notice period They will send and cement plant at any time for no of days with pre informed There is no team support Technical heads are just number they lacking technically

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
