In this COVID-19 situation they have not increased the salaries and also before pandemic it was 2 sat. working policy and now all the Saturdays are working days without any extra pay.

Not better growth opportunity and less PayScale.

As of learning I got a better opportunity but now I feel like I am not getting better work and after few months employees feels like their growth became stagnant.

Poor management in company. Bond policy (every appraisal need to sign bond). Less salary and no career growth. No proper technology stack.

I lost my skills. previously I have good skills set after joining this company I lost my skills because here is not good projects and they not providing consistency in any one technology. They alway changing your technology stack.

I am one of the Sr person who grown with company, when I have started there where less than 10 member, now it is about 50+, Key point about company are 1) It is mid size growing company 2) pays all due and financial commitment on time 3) during pandemic no firing and paid on time 4)opportunity given to all of us to grow and shape out career with authority, flexibility and supported to take hard decision As every company has some weakness and required some improvement, there few point where company should focus more 1) company should be more strict with employee 2) company should have fire policy 3) company should be more strict on leave, timing, compliance 4) company should hire deserving candidate only, instead hiring needful candidate and should not spend time and resource to train them 5) as this company tried to grow talent internally, i think, company should hire sr manager from outside the organization 6) company needs to be more professional than relational Last word, I have seen most of us joined as fresher or junior, I have seen what efforts has been made to grow talent within company and everyone has different potential to grow, now company should not want time on cultivating talent should be more professional and do show off which employee likes ,...Read More

Over freedom to team and no strict deadline.

I have started as fresher and now I am in manger level, I financial grown by multi fold and also I have seen growth of 2-4 time most of team mates in 3-5 years, but for all, as it is on each individual how they willing to contribute.
