In this COVID-19 situation they have not increased the salaries and also before pandemic it was 2 sat. working policy and now all the Saturdays are working days without any extra pay.

Not better growth opportunity and less PayScale.

As of learning I got a better opportunity but now I feel like I am not getting better work and after few months employees feels like their growth became stagnant.

1. Strict timings from 8:30 working hours 2. Fixed appraisals policies if your not a key player to a project 3. HR policies are also not good so far 4. Job Security is a high concern here 5. Chairs and laptops are too old as well
