1. Strict timings from 8:30 working hours 2. Fixed appraisals policies if your not a key player to a project 3. HR policies are also not good so far 4. Job Security is a high concern here 5. Chairs and laptops are too old as well

Opportunity to work on multiple projects with multiple domains. Flexibility to interact with US/UK clients. Seniors always help in any situation that is whenever stuck in any technical or nontechnical issues they are resolved with priority by the Management and seniors. Excellent environment to learn and grow.
