It's simple, I read about company's mission and vision. After finding out more information about this company from social media, I can clearly see how many goals align with the purposes of the company. There's nothing I love more than when I am working with other engaged individual's towards a common goal, and that's what excited me about working here.

There's nothing I dislike about the job in particular. It's just I feel that there is more improvement needed.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging but I stay on my toes by doing competitive research and following market trends. As long as I get to work closely, it will be a great learning experience.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
