Zero work life balance. No appraisal. No job security at all especially to the girls. The Assistant Manager Qodesh Johnson he has a very bad eyes towards girls, totally unsafe for them to work under him.. Environment is not also good at all. Everything ... nothing is good .....no commitments and salary issue...they can't help in any situation and they act like they are all in all... specially the manager of Hindi pod is not good at all ....he don't know anything ....only he knows to shout and he can't even understand Hindi properly and he will not listen employees concern

No salary increament policy for L1. Leave need to inform by email 2 week before. Only 10% salary increament after IJP. Which may take more than 3 months. Without giving any position on paper getting work done for RTQM, TL, QA. Not having a good cafeteria, washroom. No incentive to be created on time. No transportation facility.
