You need to keep always sword on neck while working on daily basis you will not be sure that you will work tomorrow or not. There is no job security. There are no extra hours paid for extension of shift for business purpose you need to work like dog in day in day out.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
