The organization lacks job security, as employment termination often follows project completion. Despite dedicating over 1.5 years to the company, there is no opportunity for advancement. Management frequently makes unilateral decisions without involving relevant teams or team managers. The overall management structure appears ineffective, evident in past failed startups by the AlmaBetter's Founders and a failure to learn from past mistakes. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
