These people are good for nothing from management till TL all are so toxic you won't be able to survive in such organisation for long. The company has few good team leaders. You directly work with the client which is a good experience gain.

There is No growth opportunities available contrary to what you get told by multiple people including the owners of the company during the interview process. Interacting with other employees is sort of discouraged as everyone is working with different client and the company is concerned about client's data confidentiality. Increments are given based on management's whims & fancy as performance reviews/ratings are not connected to annual increments. There is no forum to discuss professional concerns. Any whistleblower sharing concern gets directly targeted by the management during their tenure. The company's culture is far away from being KIND. There are no benefits offered to the employees. The leave policy was recently revised cutting short total number of leaves without any proper explanation to the employees.
