The company has few good team leaders. You directly work with the client which is a good experience gain.

Dislikes

There is No growth opportunities available contrary to what you get told by multiple people including the owners of the company during the interview process. Interacting with other employees is sort of discouraged as everyone is working with different client and the company is concerned about client's data confidentiality. Increments are given based on management's whims & fancy as performance reviews/ratings are not connected to annual increments. There is no forum to discuss professional concerns. Any whistleblower sharing concern gets directly targeted by the management during their tenure. The company's culture is far away from being KIND. There are no benefits offered to the employees. The leave policy was recently revised cutting short total number of leaves without any proper explanation to the employees. Co-founder is really very sweet. TL helped me when I started working on client but sometimes expect lot from fresher. TL is always there for the analyst even something goes wrong they try to save us. Company has a good training program and they trained us very well before assigning you to client. L&D specialist is very sweet and kind. She explain things so well and makes most difficult things easy. My batch felt so comfortable with her. Even now if we have any problem we reach out her. No Diwali Bonus Low salary They have issues with leaves as they are already giving very less leaves. Company should think about employees growth. They expect to gel with the client in first meeting as sometime it becomes difficult to understand the accent. They should understand there are cultural differences and it might take sometime.

Company overall culture is good. Founders and Co-founder are cool Worklife balance Salary on time. L&D specialist is very kind and polite and makes things very easy to understand. Company is good for freshers to kick start there career.
