Work life balance is great as long as we learn to maintain boundaries. Working with one single client ensures complete knowledge of one industry. It is a great company for freshers to kickstart or someone with a gap to re-start their career and prove their ability. I was happy to see that the company does not discriminate and gives equal opportunity to all. That's commendable!

Work is client centric which makes it difficult to stand up for oneself as the company prioritises the client more than the employee. Breaks are not given enough emphasis. They talk about kindness and respect but I haven't had a great experience. When I started off, we were provided trainings by the L&D team in a batch of 10-12 new joinees. I was shocked to see one of the trainers be rude with the new joinees just because they were a few minutes late because of internet issues. She also went ahead to interrogate them as to why they were late. I have worked at other organisations before and this shook me a little too much. This is a workplace and the decorum has to be maintained. There is a thin line of difference between being 'assertive' and being downright 'rude'. This instance made me question my decision of joining this company. I hope the concerned person introspects and ceases such behaviour, altogether. I have seen them behave this way in other instances, as well, and not just the training sessions. Several people join this company with little to no experience which is why such behaviour might seem normal to them but truth be told, it is not. When new joinees are trained by people who are inherently rude, they also absorb such behaviour and it continues as a cycle wherein they are rude to their colleagues, as well. The pay does not meet market standards for the amount of work and business they receive because of the employees. The culture is low-key. Nothing too exciting in terms of team bonding. Upskilling opportunities are not at par when compared to other companies as they are very low level in terms of quality and depth....Read More

The company has few good team leaders. You directly work with the client which is a good experience gain.

There is No growth opportunities available contrary to what you get told by multiple people including the owners of the company during the interview process. Interacting with other employees is sort of discouraged as everyone is working with different client and the company is concerned about client's data confidentiality. Increments are given based on management's whims & fancy as performance reviews/ratings are not connected to annual increments. There is no forum to discuss professional concerns. Any whistleblower sharing concern gets directly targeted by the management during their tenure. The company's culture is far away from being KIND. There are no benefits offered to the employees. The leave policy was recently revised cutting short total number of leaves without any proper explanation to the employees.
