Nice company but with lot of thing need to be improved.

Actually i worked for VI Ltd (reputed by Allset business), i facing some issue, which still not yet cleared now. I have resigned on august, i still not yet received my reliving order, and they not yet closed my PF also. I have been followed for those more then five months from the date of resigned no body is there to response for myrequest. No body is there to support the employee who worked for them. how can is say, is that lethargic or no one is there to support....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
