Good people and good working culture. But appraisals and benefits are horrible.

Even after putting extra effort for completing tasks and taking extra responsibility, during appraisals it doesn't matter. Everyone gets the salary hike at same range during appraisals whether you put extra efforts or just complete your tasks by putting minimal efforts.

Hr team consists of the most kamchor and lazy people. Utterly useless people I have seem in my life. Pinging them on teams, mailing them and calling them is useless because they pride themselves as being the bosses around. Complaining this to the big guy yields nothing. This person in the IT department considers themselves as the CEO of the company. Zero troubleshooting knowledge. Even the VPs and HR team support this behaviour. Ceo boasts of target revenue of inr 100cr and then fires half the workforce in the coming 2 months. COO complains of employees using too much milk and tissues Cockroaches in the canteen. Samosa (bad) and fanta is distributed on special occasions. Employees being forced to use personal laptops for work use. And many more. Please steer clear. Better options available...Read More

Nobody respects that loyal employees + hr focus on petty issues that are irrelevant and will pressurize till end.. no respect for senior employees .. somehow, the manager has to manage everything ..any complaint raised by a junior and your career is finish..lower level has more authority which is absolutely of no use and the list goes on...
