There are lot of dislikes. Especially, they do not care about your well being. No life at all. Favouritism is all over the teams. They fire very easily without caring about the family and career if the employee. Most important aspect is that, the work experience does not add any value to your resume. No one cares for the hard work you have done. If you escalate situations and people, then only you will be valued. Worst leadership. People who do not have content knowledge are leading people who have more subject knowledge. Finally, people who are working with the company now.... It is the worst organization anyone can think of. All the useless and talentless people are ruling the place. The Managers, editors, mentors etc all are incompetent and have zero skillset but will think of themselves as Issac Newton. They do not do single piece of work only conduct meetings round the clock in the name waste the time of team members. Ultimately poor team members will have to extend the working hours to complete the work. HR only listens to the managers and editors etc no point of flagging anything to HR. Worst, it will have repercussions on the person who said anything to HR. No job security, they can fire anyone who they don't like or I should say who doesn't party with them without any prior notice. If for any medical or personal reasons you ask for wfh they will give after doing so much of drama and will give you more work and showcase as if they have done some favour on you by letting you work from home. I really like the salary they provide for the employees and they way they organize events working in their organization.

The company has managers and team leads who show authority and superiority infront of everyone. There are too many grapevine communications going on.

This is a dead end job. They have the worst management and direction. Only those people who are willing to bow infront of the bosses will survive and will be favoured for promotions. No matter how talented you are you can not grow here. You need to learn how to appease your bosses. That is the most important thing. The R&D wing isnot secular also because of few people at top. Became of their mentality. You see all the above mentioned things will be there in all the organisation, where ever people are, just that we are little bit unprofessional lot, you will find these a lot here. Conduct assessments to each and every individual not the ones whom you target and backstab. ERC and R&D verticals are the two eyes of alliantgroup, don't permanently close the ERC-eye in the name of basics. The whole ERC and R&D folks have to give basics assessment to find EXCELLENCE.
