1. Mobile phone not allowed 2. Management busy in fake reviews on glassdoor and ambition box => you can filter review by 'strict environment' , 'quality process' and 'good training' keywords 3. The company is terrible at maintaining its resources. There is hardly any appreciation for the the hard work you put in. Internal politics is the major reason why I quit from here. The CEO is a chain smoker and will pass on the cancer to you.
