The current top management, including Mr. Naveen Swamy and Mr. Amit Mishra, exhibit significant deficiencies in business strategy and operational effectiveness. Additionally, there have been numerous reports of unhealthy internal politics that are detrimental to organizational harmony. Their proclivity for self-promotion lacks any substantive results or contributions, which further undermines their credibility. Moreover, there is a conspicuous lack of employee recognition and opportunities for professional growth within the company. Adding to the leadership concerns, Dr. Ruthvik Jain, recently graduated with an MBBS, has been appointed as the Business Head of Sales. This raises critical questions regarding the appropriateness and strategic foresight of such appointments. Initially things were good where we were able to think out of the box, give suggestions and help in strategizing.

Off late , hard work and efforts dont get recognized. only a certain group of people sitting at the top want to consume all credit. your hard work results in salary deductions in the name of "org restructuring". The people sitting at the top consider people's hard earned money and salary package as "Lotteries". No scope of learning and development.

Worst coaching institute full of nepotism and instead of increments I have seen decrements in this company. 3 years I have given to this company and I have observed that the work culture is horrible. Worst faculty pool. Horrible work culture and illiterate teachers.

This company is worst I have seen. Selfish management. None promotions only decrements. No one is going to appreciate you for your hard work and intelligence, they will put you down for even one mistake. Seniors are jealous of their juniors because of their knowledge and skills.
