This experience has been the worst, even my background in startups. There’s no real HR or accounting department. You only get paid if the CEO feels like it. If she decides to pay you, you have to ask her directly again n again. After a week or two, she might finally send some money y our way, but it won’t be the full amount. she’ll promise to add the rest next month. The fact that you don’t receive your offer letter while you’re already working is a huge red flag. If you try to raise a valid concern, the CEO and COO will just end up blaming each other. If you’re looking for a job, its better to hold out for something stable and secure. Take your time to explore other options. Choosing to work for this company is definitely a mistake....Read More

The owner is the worst possible human being. Her COO is equally bad, maybe worst. Those two are just bad people, bad human beings. Their only aim in life is to deduct your money, make you spend for the company and not pay you back. They have egos the size of peanuts and those two will d o everything possible to make your life a living hell. Personal comments will be made, demotivation will be at its peak, insults will be dished out and then to cover up these reviews, the CEO & COO will force the employees to put up good reviews. They are not smart, they are cunning. If you’re an applicant, it’s better to sit at home than to go here for a job. And if you’re a client, you will do endless harm to your business by trusting them....Read More
