Keep all the power in the hands of DSM. If the ME has resigned from the company then why did he do so without further notice. ZBM also does not pay attention to what the actual problem of ME is and considers the report of DSM as the final report.

Alkem expects employees family member should also not invest/involved in pharma business. If found you will be asked to leave the organisation without any investigation. Scientist who developed the products (blockbuster for Allem) were lay off in man power reduction. Instead of appreciation scientist was asked to leave the organisation in manpower reduction.

Policy :- instead of available online system they where using offline, asking for same data again in hard copy which was upload to there online site already.
