Dislikes

Need to check reporting manager nature new person is joining Alkem Andy this is South Indian why north people employees will work. I reported 9 years ti Narendra sir never he told me this line but ZSM Mr Sandeep Reddy is saying better go to Bihar u are North Indian why you came to south. This is not good thing.

Only reason that you can work in Alkem is, it is in top 10 pharma company.

Dislikes

Worst experience at management level.HR is too bad that you cannot expect any thing about employee benefit,no value for HR at alkem.each and every decision will be taken by management level.
