Alkem expects employees family member should also not invest/involved in pharma business. If found you will be asked to leave the organisation without any investigation. Scientist who developed the products (blockbuster for Allem) were lay off in man power reduction. Instead of appreciation scientist was asked to leave the organisation in manpower reduction.

Policy :- instead of available online system they where using offline, asking for same data again in hard copy which was upload to there online site already. Terrible politics, they don't let you leave on time even if you have finished your work, they will harash you just for their entertainment. Won't approve coff or give you leave unless you belong to their community and some times bus won't stop to take you instead they will say auto pakad ke ajao even for night shift. And you won't be able to find out why you are getting low salary even if you worked whole month without taking leave i don't know about other plants but don't come to amaliya dama plant these people are bunch of illiterate.
