There is good environment and culture. Teammates and management are supportive. Company policies are good I have started work with this company after completion my PD-PMT 4yr course in 2013 and learnt here lots of things I never gave up from challenges and development molds for Automobile sector-Bajaj, Honda, MSIL, Mother-son, Suzuki, JLR, Audi, BDW, Mercedes-Benz, etc. (Local & overseas) For Electrical companies - Schneider, Luminous, Bajaj, Kent etc For Medical Sector - Ronsons Agra (Group company) So I like technical improvement in myself day by day....Read More

Salary is decent but career growth is slow and trainings not given to newly joined.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job with doing work hard. I got chances to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of diffrent Roles with same team
