Overall company was good when it was individual Syntel. Syntel used to provide good yearly hikes, promotions, onsite opportunities and many perks like Award winning amounts and yearly gifts along with quarterly team parties

but since Atos acquired it the company's down phase started and they have removed all perks like yearly hikes, promotions, onsite opportunities and many perks like Award winning amounts and yearly gifts along with quarterly team parties. No proper management.
